About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at Raiffeisenbankengruppe. As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data science solutions.
  • Develop machine learning models to analyze and predict trends and optimize business processes.
  • Conduct data analysis and statistical modeling to support business initiatives and provide actionable insights.
  • Utilize and improve data querying and visualization tools to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop and enhance algorithms for data mining, cleaning, and pre-processing.
  • Work on hybrid environments (AWS and on-premises) to implement and deploy data science solutions.
Requirements
  • Work experience in data science, statistical modeling, or machine learning.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python and R.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks as well as big data processing and its tools.
  • Knowledge of data querying languages/tools and data visualization tools.
  • Good understanding of cloud platforms.
  • Sound English skills to convey complex analyses to stakeholders.

Salary

The offered gross yearly salary starting from EUR 70.000,- (basis full-time) including overtime, depending on qualification and experience.
