Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to our business intelligence and data science function. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping us make data-driven decisions, drive business growth, and improve our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Insights
    • Conduct exploratory data analyses to identify key trends and insights
    • Evaluate and conduct statistical analyses to inform business decisions
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including learning, marketing, product, and engineering
    • Present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders
  • Data Infrastructure and Management
    • Identify and integrate relevant data sources
    • Manage data infrastructure, including setting up data warehouses and visualization tools
  • Automated Reporting and Dashboards
    • Develop and scale automated reporting and dashboards using tools like Mixpanel or Looker Studio
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in business analytics, preferably in a tech start-up company
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, and data visualization tools
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex data insights
  • Fluency in English is required, knowledge of German is a plus
