Our technology center is strategically situated in Kalsdorf, Austria, near Graz, fostering collaboration and innovation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the program/project team, serving as the primary liaison to the Steering Committee and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the execution of the assigned project scope, ensuring alignment with overarching project goals, including timelines, quality standards, technological requirements, costs, production timelines, and weight considerations.
  • Coordinate the offer process, integrating technical specifications with financial implications.
  • Provide coaching and motivation to the team, delivering clear guidance and direction.
  • Identify and initiate necessary training programs or project-specific educational sessions.

Candidate Profile
  • Completed technical education with a solid theoretical foundation.
  • Extensive professional experience in a comparable role, including program development and management.
  • Desirable certifications include PMP, Prince2, PgMP, IPMA, etc.
  • Strong analytical and precise thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to comprehend complex technical relationships and their interdependencies.
  • Team-oriented and methodical approach to project work, with opportunities for collaboration across multiple countries.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional demeanor and strong representation skills.
  • Fluency in English and German for effective communication, with Korean as an additional asset.
  • Willingness to travel for business, including international destinations.
  • Understanding of commercial principles and cost awareness for financial reporting and program control.
