Our technology center is strategically situated in Kalsdorf, Austria, near Graz, providing a dynamic environment for cutting-edge battery development.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the program/project team, serving as the primary liaison to the Steering Committee and external clients.
  • Oversee the execution of the assigned project scope, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and overarching project goals related to timelines, quality, technology, costs, production timelines, and weight considerations.
  • Facilitate the offer process by coordinating technical specifications and financial implications.
  • Inspire and guide the assigned team, providing clear direction and performance expectations.
  • Identify and initiate necessary training programs or project-specific educational opportunities.

Candidate Profile
  • Completed technical education with a solid theoretical foundation.
  • Extensive professional experience in a comparable role, including program development and product management.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, Prince2, PgMP, or IPMA are preferred.
  • Strong analytical and precise thinking abilities.
  • Ability to comprehend complex technical relationships and their interdependencies.
  • Collaborative and structured approach to project work, with opportunities for cooperation across Hungary, Korea, and Germany.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
  • Professional demeanor and effective communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal (minimum B2 level); proficiency in Korean is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for business, including potential trips to Asia.
  • Understanding of commercial principles and cost management for financial reporting and program oversight.
