Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for working with the Centre of Excellence (CoE) and supporting the Chief Product Owner in defining and driving the PEGA product vision.

Your primary tasks will include:

  • Collaborating with the CoE to develop and maintain a backlog of features and user stories for platform topics to ensure the success of the PEGA platform.
  • Working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that product requirements and user stories for platform topics are clearly defined and documented.
  • Supporting the creation of a comprehensive project plan outlining objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.

You will also be responsible for facilitating frequent team meetings to track and manage project progress, identifying issues, and resolving concerns.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Project/product management experience in the technology industry, preferably with knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple cross-team initiatives simultaneously.
