Senior Operations Controller

We are seeking a skilled Senior Operations Controller to join our team at Red Bull HQ in Elsbethen, Austria. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the headquarters controlling team with month-end closing, year-end closing, and planning periods.
Key Responsibilities- Calculation of costs for all finished goods (including semi-finished goods) and forecasting costs of goods for new product requests from all countries.
- Support of the operations department with regard to different processes in SAP and drive optimization, including creation of Ad-Hoc analysis.
- Performing all planning cycles (BP, FRE, SRE, LE) for all RBS cost centers and guarantee correct data input in SAP and Oracle HFM.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Month-end closing: Performing/coordinating various checks to ensure correct month-end closing together with the business partners.
- Year-end closing: Coordinating timelines together with responsible operations departments and performing year-end revaluation for all materials.
You will be responsible for various projects to drive efficiency further within the organization, including strategic projects like Copacker Management, Smart Data, Availability Management, and Source-to-contract.
You will also update all relevant training materials and documentations, and support the operations department with the needed support/training.
Requirements- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an (operations) controller.
- Degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling.
- Excellent knowledge of English, German is a plus.
- Experience with SAP ERP (FI/CO, MM/PP, SD), SAP BI, and Oracle Hyperion is beneficial.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to create reports & dashboards, providing easy access to business insights.
This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled Operations Controller to join our team at Red Bull HQ. We offer a competitive salary package with an estimated monthly gross salary of €4,500, which includes market-oriented salaries above the stated minimum salary according to the collective agreement.
