We're on the lookout for a skilled Digital Trade Marketing Specialist to drive innovative digital activations and help us 'Look Like #1' in the Off Premise Trade Marketing space.

About the Role

As a Digital Trade Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive trade marketing strategies that span the entire path to purchase, including online platforms. You'll also manage requests related to our Digital Trial Platform, create engaging digital engagements to support campaigns, and develop digital poster games.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Brief and develop all new digital trade marketing assets in collaboration with a global agency, specifically for online retailer platforms.
  2. Provide support to local markets and ensure absolute consistency with in-store Global POS toolkits through collaboration with the wider team.
  3. Oversee the development of projects such as VR and AR POS tools, focusing on expanding the toolkit to cater to trade shows and other relevant contexts.
  4. Develop scalable and globally applicable in-store assets, including projects like the F1 Pit Wall Tool, Red Bull Soapbox VR Assets, and Red Mini Retirements Guidance.
  5. Assist HQ key accounts with occasional customer requests for trade activation solutions and provide markets with valuable feedback on their campaigns.

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing & Communications or similar.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Minimum 2+ FMCG experience, in Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing preferable within beverages.
  • Proven Trade Marketing experience with Brand Marketing exposure.
  • Experienced in the development of POS materials and working with creative/design agencies.
  • A keen interest in new technologies and the digital world.
  • Solution-oriented and creative with problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communicator with openness to understand and adapt to cultural nuances.
  • Advanced Power Point skills to illustrate and sell ideas.
