Digital Trade Marketing Specialist

Red Bull, a renowned global brand in the beverage industry, is seeking an experienced Digital Trade Marketing Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the International Shopper Activations Team, you will be responsible for driving innovative digital trade activations and helping the company achieve its goal of being a leading player in the Off Premise Trade Marketing space.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is €2,229 gross per month, with a market-oriented compensation package that significantly exceeds the minimum salary due to the company's commitment to offering attractive salaries.
Job Description:
This role involves developing comprehensive solutions within the realm of digital trade activations, ensuring coverage of the entire path to purchase, including online platforms. You will be responsible for briefing and developing all new digital trade marketing assets in collaboration with a global agency, specifically for online retailer platforms, while providing support to local markets and ensuring absolute consistency with in-store Global POS toolkits.
You will also oversee the development of projects such as VR and AR POS tools, focusing on expanding the toolkit to cater to trade shows and other relevant contexts. Additionally, you will be responsible for the development of scalable and globally applicable in-store assets, including projects like the F1 Pit Wall Tool, Red Bull Soapbox VR Assets, and Red Mini Retirements Guidance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have a university degree in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing & Communications or similar. Excellent command of English is essential, along with a minimum 2+ FMCG experience in Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing, preferably within beverages. Proven Trade Marketing experience with Brand Marketing exposure is also required.
You should be experienced in the development of POS materials and working with creative/design agencies. A keen interest in new technologies and the digital world is also necessary. Solution-oriented and creative problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and adaptability, are essential for success in this role.
