Thesis Project: 3D EMC Wiring Harness SimulationYour Responsibilities

Engage in the simulation, analysis, and enhancement of wiring harnesses utilizing FEM simulation software. This includes examining electric and magnetic fields, voltage drops, temperature variations, and current density assessments.

  • Explore various coupling paths between cables.
  • Develop a model of the low voltage system incorporating all essential components.
  • Execute simulations with diverse parameters of the relevant system elements.
  • Document and interpret the outcomes of various simulation scenarios.
  • Contrast simulation findings with existing system measurements.
  • All discoveries will be recorded in a structured workflow and processes.
Your Profile
  • Currently pursuing studies in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
  • Fundamental understanding of simulation and circuit simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, CST Studio, LTspice).
  • Knowledge in electrical engineering and electronic circuits.
  • Collaborative spirit and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging tasks and work autonomously.
  • Goal-oriented approach to work.
  • Proficient in English, with German language skills considered advantageous.
