We are a leading vaccine company dedicated to developing and commercializing prophylactic vaccines for infectious diseases. Our team is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Quality Control team in Vienna.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Quality Control team with administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and generating documents.
  • Support the Sample Management group with administrative work, such as handling test certificates and stability tables.
  • Collect and analyze data as part of laboratory investigations.
  • Archive documents and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in meetings to enhance communication skills and learn about the company's operations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field.
  • Excellent organizational skills and documentation management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, accurate, and reliable individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; German language is a plus.
  • Flexibility in terms of time, with a preference for Thursday (6 hours) and Friday (4 hours) as working days.
