About Us
We are a pioneering vaccine organization dedicated to the development, production, and distribution of preventive vaccines targeting infectious diseases that fulfill critical medical needs.
Our expertise has enabled us to successfully launch three vaccines, including the first and only chikungunya vaccine globally, while also advancing a diverse portfolio of vaccine candidates through clinical trials, including those for Lyme disease and Zika.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, development, and execution of comprehensive global compensation and benefits initiatives.
- Conduct market research and compensation benchmarking to maintain competitive positioning.
- Manage the annual salary review cycle, including budgeting, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.
- Provide expert consultation to HR partners and management on compensation-related issues.
- Develop and uphold compensation policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with external partners and consultants to manage employee benefits programs.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards regarding compensation and benefits.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to propose enhancements to compensation and benefits offerings.
- Engage in global HR initiatives, such as job architecture design and HR system rollouts.
- Stay informed about developments in compensation and benefits practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, ideally within a global context.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and market dynamics.
- Experience with job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and annual salary review processes.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits administration in Europe and the USA.
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and Power Query).
