Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead our certification and audit team. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for managing certifications, customer audits, and controls, as well as driving governance, risk, and compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Drive project management for gap analysis, customer audits, existing and new certifications
- Track and monitor progress using project management tools, reporting on progress, and identifying areas for improvement
- Improve and document workflows and processes for the certification and audit team
- Plan meetings and interviews with internal and external auditors to ensure the right subject matter experts/stakeholders are involved
- Drive preparation and follow-ups for certifications and audits to ensure timely completion of action items
- Act as the main contact person for internal and external auditors and Dynatrace subject matter experts/stakeholders
- 5-10 years of experience as a project or project manager in IT or software projects, ideally within a global SaaS vendor
- 5+ years of experience in the area of GRC (governance, risk, and compliance)
- 3+ years of experience as a team lead
- Hands-on team player with outstanding communication skills, including reaching and motivating stakeholders across the enterprise
- Motivate and inspire a team, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts effectively
- Proactive and open person always seeking to improve and finding creative solutions
- Interest in technology, security, and privacy
- Fluent English skills
