Job Description

As a Senior Program Manager/Team Lead at Dynatrace, you will be responsible for leading and building a team that manages certifications, customer audits, and controls, driving governance, risk, and compliance within the R&D department and across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for certification, audit, and compliance activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve certification and audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the organization's compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, subject matter experts, and customers.
  • Manage and coordinate certification and audit activities, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or software projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) with a focus on certification and audit.
  • 3+ years of experience as a team lead or manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proactive and open-minded, with a focus on continuous improvement and finding creative solutions.
  • Fluent English skills.
