About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager/Team Lead to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and building a team that manages certifications, customer audits, and controls, driving governance, risk, and compliance within the R&D department and across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive project management for gap analysis, customer audits, existing and new certifications.
  • Track and monitor progress using project management tools, reporting on progress, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Improve and document workflows and processes for the certification and audit team.
  • Plan meetings and interviews with internal and external auditors to ensure the right subject matter experts/stakeholders are involved.
  • Drive preparation and follow-ups for certifications and audits to ensure timely completion of action items.
  • Serve as the main contact person for internal and external auditors and Dynatrace subject matter experts/stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience as a project or project manager in IT or software projects, ideally within a global SaaS vendor.
  • 5+ years of experience in the area of GRC (governance, risk, and compliance).
  • 3+ years of experience as a team lead.
  • Hands-on team player with outstanding communication skills, including reaching and motivating stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • Motivate and inspire a team, fostering collaboration, and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Proactive and open person always seeking to improve and finding creative solutions.
  • Interest in technology, security, and privacy.
  • Fluent English skills.
