**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Alstom in Vienna. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage non-compliant materials: Identify and handle non-compliant materials according to quality control standards.
  • Data Processing: Use internal systems to accurately report and resolve defects.
  • Logistics Coordination: Execute block posting, initiate replacement deliveries, and create purchase requisitions for repair materials or replacements.
  • Monitor Repairs: Oversee repair activities, participate in root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor blocked stock and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**

  • German language proficiency is mandatory, English being a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with SAP software.
  • Team player with a knack for finding quick solutions, reliable, and proactive.
  • Technical understanding, ability to read drawings, and knowledge of general quality standards.
