Quality Manager (m/f/d) - Central Slovakia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the entire quality management process
  • Continuously driving quality enhancements, such as:
    • Minimizing waste materials and defective products
    • Enhancing employee productivity
  • Managing customer complaints
  • Streamlining input, output, and process workflows

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a quality professional with at least 5 years in a managerial role
  • Familiarity with industrial production settings, preferably in the automotive or metal sectors
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Effective communication and motivational skills
  • Fluency in English, with Slovak as a native language
  • Willingness to travel
  • Professional maturity

Organizational Structure:

  • Reports to: Plant Director (solid line), Group Quality Director (Vienna) (dotted line)
  • Direct reports include: 2 Quality Engineers, 1 Team Leader, 1 Quality Assistant; a total of 17 staff in the quality department
