About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Architect to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our presales team, you will provide technical expertise and guidance to customers in their network security and zero trust journey.

Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with sales teams to recommend and develop customer solutions within your assigned specialization. You will also present to customers as our expert at all levels in the customer hierarchy, from practitioner to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop customer solutions
  • Present to customers as our expert at all levels
  • Lead customer demonstrations to showcase our unique value proposition
  • Responsible for prospective customers' Technical Validation projects
  • Architect solutions to strengthen and simplify customers' security posture
  • Document high-level design and key use cases
  • Lead conversations about industry trends and emerging changes to the security landscape
  • Discuss and highlight product alignment with customer requirements
  • Assist and collaborate to respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs
Requirements
  • Experience in presales/sales engineering within Zero Trust, Networking, Network Security, SaaS Security, or SSE/SASE
  • Experience working with customers; demonstrating excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude
  • Solid understanding of NGFW, Network Security, SASE, SD-WAN, CASB, Proxy, DLP, and BYOD Solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of On-Premise and Cloud-Delivered Network Security Technologies
  • Proficiency in German and English language skills
