About the Role:

The Country Manager will be responsible for leading our operations in Italy, driving growth and profitability, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage a team of professionals to achieve sales, marketing, and operational goals.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Italian law and internal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Significant leadership experience in a management role.
  • Solid experience in sales, marketing, and P&L management.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with a strategic business mindset, solutions-oriented approach.
