Key Objectives

The main objectives of this role include:

  1. Driving network and sales growth and market penetration within the assigned region.
  2. Developing a network development strategy for AT and leading new dealer partners development accordingly.
  3. Executing a Market Representation Business Plan that strengthens dealer profitability and facilitates BYD network development.
  4. Defining and implementing a network plan in the assigned market and executing the BYD network consolidation strategy.
