Corporate Solutions Structurer (f/m/x)

We are looking for a dedicated Corporate Solutions Structurer to join our dynamic Data & Solutions team within the Capital Markets division. In this pivotal role, you will assist the team in crafting bespoke solutions aimed at enabling corporate clients to effectively manage interest rate and foreign exchange exposure. Your responsibilities at RBI

Create and structure fixed income and foreign exchange (FX) financial instruments. Evaluate market dynamics, economic indicators, and corporate financial statements to devise customized solutions. Formulate and execute hedging strategies for interest rate and currency fluctuations. Generate comprehensive documentation and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal risk management protocols. Offer continuous support and guidance to clients regarding structured products and market trends. Collaborate with various departments to guarantee smooth transaction execution and incorporate market insights into product innovation.


Your essential qualifications

Master’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related discipline. Profound understanding of fixed income and FX markets. Thorough knowledge of balance sheets, particularly IFRS 9 and hedge accounting. Extensive familiarity with diverse financing instruments, including bank loans, promissory notes, and bonds. Strong comprehension of derivatives (IR and FX) such as swaps, cross-currency swaps, caps & floors, FX forwards, FX swaps, and options. Expertise in financial modeling and risk evaluation tools. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. Capacity to perform under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
