About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Data & Solutions team within the Capital Markets division at RBI. As a Corporate Client Structurer, you will play a key role in developing tailor-made financial solutions to help corporate clients effectively manage their interest rate and foreign exchange risk.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and structure fixed income and foreign exchange financial products to meet the needs of corporate clients.
  • Analyze market trends, economic data, and corporate balance sheets to create customized solutions.
  • Design and implement hedging strategies for interest rate and currency risks.
  • Prepare detailed documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.
  • Provide ongoing support and advice to clients on structured products and market developments.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless execution of deals and integrate market insights into product development.

Your Qualifications

  • Master's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of fixed income and FX markets.
  • Comprehensive understanding of balance sheets, especially IFRS 9 and hedge accounting.
  • Extensive knowledge of various financing instruments, including bank loans, promissory loan notes, and bonds.
  • Solid grasp of derivatives (IR and FX) such as swaps, cross-currency swaps, caps & floors, FX forwards, FX swaps, and options.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
