Your responsibilities at RBI
Provide guidance and support in corporate financial distress scenarios through comprehensive financial due diligence, collaborating with stakeholders such as consultants, legal advisors, and financing partners. This involves: Evaluating business models and financial health to pinpoint critical issues. Developing and maintaining financial models while formulating risk mitigation strategies to assist clients and reduce bank losses. Continuously monitoring the bank's risk and collateral status in distressed loan circumstances. Participate in monitoring, reporting, and aiding early risk prevention initiatives. Contribute to the advancement of workout processes through digital innovation and data analysis, and engage in cross-departmental projects. Stay informed about regulatory changes affecting non-performing exposures (NPEs) and risk cost management, supporting requests related to workout stakeholders.
