Position Overview
In the role of Financial Solutions Module Specialist with a focus on Financial Products Subledger (FPSL), you will collaborate closely with clients to assess and articulate their business needs and processes. Your responsibilities will include designing solutions and aiding in the configuration of this specialized module. Additionally, you will play a vital role in enhancing our global practice and refining existing SAP Fioneer offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate business requirements and assist in the creation of product backlogs for SAP S/4HANA FPSL implementations.
- Design and configure accounting processes to ensure adherence to standards such as IFRS 9, IFRS 17, HGB, among others.
- Develop, implement, and manage data architecture across various platforms (On-Premise, Cloud, and Hybrid), integrating business applications and tools.
- Implement and enhance SAP FPSL for IFRS 9, IFRS 17, or local accounting standards, including necessary interfaces.
- Support feasibility assessments, solution evaluations, and collaborate with sales teams to identify potential opportunities.
- Engage in development activities by working with the Product Development Team, providing functional specifications and design support for custom enhancements.
This position allows for remote work from any location in Serbia and/or from our offices in Airport City in Belgrade, with a readiness to travel as required.
Your Contribution
You will enhance the efficiency of digital processes within the module functionalities for our clients and significantly contribute to both the implementation and ongoing development of the module. Your role is essential in ensuring that the solutions we create are seamlessly integrated into our clients' existing infrastructures.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of practical experience with S/4HANA FPSL, S/4HANA Finance, SAP Bank Analyzer AFI, or SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PAPM).
- Proficient in configuring SAP S/4HANA FPSL, S/4HANA Finance, and/or SAP PaPM using the available business content.
- Experience in Finance and Accounting roles within banking and/or insurance sectors.
- A solid understanding of the accounting processes integrated within the solution.
- Fluent in English for effective communication; proficiency in German is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exhibit positive, customer-oriented interpersonal skills and maintain a client-focused approach.
