Als Leiter:in Digitaler Vertrieb bei UNIQA Group bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien für den Omnichannel- und Online-Vertrieb. Du arbeitest eng mit den Funktions- und Verantwortungsbereichen innerhalb und außerhalb von Retail zusammen, um die Vertriebsziele zu erreichen.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Entwicklung der Strategie und des Ziel-Designs für den Omnichannel- und Online-Vertrieb
  • Planung und Steuerung des technologischen Auf- und Ausbaus für den Online-Vertrieb und Omnichannel
  • Planung und Steuerung der Implementierung von Tools im Vertriebsfrontend des Exklusiv-Vertriebs
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Sales Experience des Exklusivvertriebs
  • Definition und Steuerung der Zielerreichung im Online-Vertrieb und Omnichannel
Voraussetzungen
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in Versicherungsmarkt und -vertrieb
  • Innovationskraft, Technologie-Offenheit und vernetztes Denken
  • Zielgruppenkonforme Kommunikation in schriftlicher und mündlicher Form
  • Fähigkeiten im Prozess-, Projekt- und Programmmanagement
  • Praktische Kenntnisse in Office-Anwendungen
