Deine zukünftige Rolle

Als Einkaufsmanager bei epunkt wirst du für die Gewährleistung optimaler Einkaufskonditionen verantwortlich sein. Dazu gehören die Verhandlung von Lieferverträgen, die Abwicklung und Verwaltung von Software-Lizenzen sowie die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Einkaufsprojekten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Gewährleistung optimaler Einkaufskonditionen inkl. Verhandlung von Lieferverträgen
  • Abwicklung und Verwaltung von Software-Lizenzen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Einkaufsprojekten - von der Bestellung bis hin zur Verrechnung
  • Beratung in Zusammenhang mit Standardsoftware
  • Stammdatenpflege und Kundenbetreuung

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Höhere kaufmännische- oder technische Ausbildung (HAK, HTL, FH)
  • Erste Erfahrung im Einkauf, vorzugsweise im IT-Einkauf (Lizenzen, Nutzungsrechte, Software, etc.)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • MS Office bzw. Excel Skills sind ein Muss (SVerweis, Pivot)
  • Proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Zahlenverständnis
  • Starke Kunden- und Teamorientierung
  • Ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsgedanke
