Your Role

As our Senior Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for all legal and contractual matters related to customer acquisition. This includes conducting negotiations with potential customers, setting up contracts, and providing proactive legal advice to support business growth.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage legal and contractual matters for new customer acquisitions
  • Conduct negotiations with potential customers and establish contracts
  • Provide business-focused legal advice and transaction support
  • Support the optimization of internal processes and manage our Contract Lifecycle Management platform
  • Coordinate external legal support when necessary
Your Profile
  • 5+ years of experience as a Legal Counsel, with 2+ years in a SaaS product environment
  • Law degree from an Austrian or German university
  • Proficiency in contract, commercial, intellectual property, copyright, and data protection law
  • Understanding of SaaS-related concepts and technical acumen
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent negotiation and client interaction skills
  • Collaborative spirit and interest in a start-up environment
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Valid work permit for Austria
