In the role of Operations Associate within the Courier Onboarding Team, you will play a crucial part in integrating new Courier Partners into our platform. Your responsibilities will ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service at every stage of the delivery process, from our partnered restaurants and retailers to the end customers. In this fast-paced and dynamic setting, being a collaborative team member and taking initiative is essential. Managing our valued courier partners requires a proactive mindset, as you will encounter routine tasks that demand attention.

Key Responsibilities
- Onboard, retain, and expand the number of satisfied Courier Partners on Wolt's platform to ensure a robust and sustainable delivery operation.
- Receive and manage courier gear, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Distribute gear to courier partners and handle their shipping requests.
- Conduct inventory assessments and order courier equipment as needed.
- Oversee daily courier supply to guarantee timely order deliveries.
- Review documents submitted by courier partner applicants and follow up for any missing or unclear information.
- Develop and enhance processes to boost operational efficiency, enabling scalable business operations.
- Share innovative ideas within the Operations team to improve ongoing tasks.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills, are a strong communicator, and can motivate your team, as you will engage with Courier Partners daily.
- You are a quick learner, attentive to both minor details and the overall picture.
- You have a proactive attitude and are prepared to take initiative in a fast-paced startup environment.
- You can think analytically and utilize analytical tools; familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
- You can conceptualize, enhance, and implement ideas collaboratively with your team.
- You are thorough and organized, completing tasks with attention to detail.
- Fluency in both German and English is required.
