Ecommerce Sales Development Representative

This high-performing role is a key member of our Sales team and pivotal to our company's success in the UK.
Job DescriptionAs an Ecommerce Sales Development Representative, you will leverage your lead generation experience and excellent communication and networking skills to connect with potential clients and develop an interest in our product offering.
You will build a predictable Sales pipeline within the UK retail market, actively approach prospects, and educate the market about the power of Smec as a retail growth partner.
You will organize relevant online and face-to-face meeting formats with key decision-makers, develop product stories, and connect these stories to demos and proposals.
You will be fully responsible for the maintenance and growth of the company's sales database, contribute ideas, energy, and innovation to the team and wider company, and work with and develop commercial collateral with colleagues in marketing, product, and client success management.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have at least 1+ year of B2B Sales experience in the UK market environment.
You should have a proven, verifiable track record in intelligent prospect hunting with growth results, advanced prospecting skills (e.g., mailing campaigns, cold calling, content tagging, LinkedIn), and be highly self-organized, results-driven, and a mature self-starter who understands the essence of working with colleagues and teams.
You must also have a proven ability to make strong connections with our target audience, overcome rejections to achieve results, demonstrate excellent communication, writing, and listening skills in English, and identify with our EPIC values: Excellence, Passion, Integrity, and Cleverness.

The estimated salary for this position is €36,354 per annum, adjusted to match your qualifications and experience.
