Senior Sales Development Manager for Construction Adhesives

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth in the Construction Adhesives sector, with a focus on the German market. This will involve developing and executing strategic plans for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless coordination of efforts and utilization of available resources.
Main tasks include:
- Developing comprehensive strategic plans tailored to the Construction Adhesives Sales Team, encompassing adhesives, sealants, and tapes.
- Driving the execution of strategic plans through effective communication, activity coordination, and the mobilization of indirect resources.
- Cultivating a robust sales pipeline to capitalize on future growth opportunities.
- Driving the achievement of commercial targets, optimizing market share, pricing strategies, and profitability.
- Proactively anticipating and addressing customer needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
- A 4-year college degree, preferably in technical/mechanical or marketing.
- A minimum of 5 years of industrial sales experience within the Construction Adhesives Industry; or relevant experience in marketing or technical roles may be considered.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include professional development opportunities and a comprehensive compensation package.
