IT Delivery Manager - Cards Management

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager to lead our card issuing business systems team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our card management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end IT delivery chain for card issuing business systems
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive effective product delivery
  • Develop and implement agile working environments
  • Foster an environment that supports skill development and innovation
  • Drive technology renewal and leverage technological opportunities

Requirements

  • Exceptional leadership abilities and team player mentality
  • Demonstrated success in leading change initiatives
  • Hands-on experience in service management and/or software development
  • Ability to apply agile methodologies and foster a strong engineering culture
