Job Title: Delivery Manager

We are seeking a talented and collaborative Delivery Manager to lead our Payment Acceptance Business to the next growth phase.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be accountable for shaping and implementing an improved operating model for the Payment Acceptance business across our CEE markets, covering all customer segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set-up, run, and continuously improve agile working environments closely with business, ensuring innovation and effective operation.
  • Grow teams and individuals by setting them up for success through supporting their skill development, as well as strengthen the collaboration.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Solution Architect to define the product backlog, including definition of technical epics and user stories.
  • Manage technical solution interdependencies alignment and synergies across other agile setups and keep track of risks and impediments.
  • Allocate and manage IT resources effectively, manage budgets and external contracts, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.
Requirements
  • Leadership skills: demonstrated agile leadership competencies and the ability to lead a large group in a unified direction.
  • Proven change leadership which resulted in measurable impact related to operating models, skill development, employee enablement, and engagement as well as technology.
  • Experience with steering complex and multi-market change initiatives covering both technical and people aspects.
  • Work experience in agile methods (incl. coaching of business and IT team-members) and in cultivating a strong engineering culture in an agile environment.
  • Broad overview of state-of-the-art IT architectures relevant to Payment Acceptance.
  • Sound communication skills in English to negotiate with different stakeholders.
