About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our team as an Administrative Assistant Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our office, supporting key projects and initiatives that aim to foster cultural diversity, intercultural dialogue, and sustainability.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and assist with data collection to support ongoing ICDO projects.
  • Draft project proposals, reports, and summaries to ensure clear communication across the team.
  • Provide outreach to organizations, media, and external partners to build valuable relationships.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and events, including preparation, scheduling, and post-event debriefs.
  • Offer vital day-to-day administrative support, managing data entry, emails, database updates, and paperwork flow.
