Strategic Marketing Manager

As a key member of our team at Vifor Pharma Österreich GmbH, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. Your expertise in content management, email creation, and journey building will be crucial in delivering impactful omnichannel experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with management and technical teams to design and implement marketing strategies, programs, and tactics that align with business objectives.
- Develop and implement omnichannel plans based on market analysis, local positioning, and competitive analysis.
- Monitor, revise, and analyze new omnichannel KPIs to optimize customer engagement and maximize business performance.
- Work closely with product managers to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Advanced degree in business, management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry.
- Strong project management skills and ability to orchestrate multiple workstreams.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and KPI measurement skills.
