Marketing Manager Austria

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our Austrian team, reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Lead for Austria. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for ensuring all marketing activities align with our brand identity and strategy across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans that target the Austrian market and its consumers.
- Lead and support marketing campaigns, covering topics such as building and maintaining partnerships, PR, media, city campaigns, and more.
- Collaborate closely with local teams based in Austria and partners, agencies, and other HQ marketing teams.
- Define KPIs to maximize marketing investments and analyze campaign performance.
- Analyze ongoing marketing initiatives and suggest improvements to ROI.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Austrian German (written and spoken), with a strong understanding of the Austrian market.
- Marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or FMCG environments.
- Proven ability to work independently, with a proactive, problem-solving, and data-driven approach.
- Strategic thinking skills, excellent communication skills, and strong creative instincts.
- Excellent prioritization, planning, and organization skills, with the ability to ensure successful project management and evaluations.
- Positive attitude with an open and flexible mindset.
- Office location: Amsterdam or Vienna.
