Marketing Director for Austria

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our Austrian team, reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Lead for Austria. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for ensuring all marketing activities align with our brand identity and strategy across all touchpoints.
Our goal is to deliver exceptional marketing initiatives and campaigns that resonate with our local audience in Austria. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that target the Austrian market and its consumers, while collaborating closely with local teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Play a vital role in the Austrian marketing team and contribute to the development of marketing plans and campaigns that target the Austrian market.
- Lead and support marketing campaigns, covering topics such as building and maintaining partnerships, PR, media, city campaigns, and more.
- Collaborate closely with local teams, partners, and HQ marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Define KPIs to maximize marketing investments and analyze campaign performance.
- Analyze ongoing marketing initiatives and suggest improvements to increase ROI.
- Fluent in English and Austrian German (written and spoken), with a strong understanding of the Austrian market.
- Marketing experience, preferably in an e-commerce or FMCG environment.
- Proven ability to work in dynamic environments, collaborate with various stakeholders, and think strategically.
- Excellent communication, creative, and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Strong prioritization, planning, and organization skills, with the ability to manage projects and evaluations.
- Positive attitude, open-minded, and flexible mindset.
- Office location: Amsterdam or Vienna.
