About this Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts in Austria. As our Head of Marketing Austria, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of local marketing representatives to develop and implement marketing strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Oversee the development and execution of ATL media plans and budgets.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless execution of global campaigns and partnerships in the Austrian market.
  • Provide strategic input to senior marketing management on market-specific decisions.
  • Communicate local market insights to inform the global marketing strategy.
Requirements
  • Academic degree in Marketing, Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive marketing experience, including people management and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing brand campaign strategies.
  • Experience in managing complex media budgets and data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in German and English, with additional languages a plus.
