Strategic Advisor to the Management Board CEE

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Advisor to the Management Board CEE. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our CEO and Management Board in driving business growth and development in Central and Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceive, organize, and manage interdepartmental projects to drive business growth and development in CEE
  • Manage the BCEE Board portfolio of projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with corporate strategy
  • Elaborate and interpret decision papers and derive areas for action to inform business decisions
  • Prepare professional presentations, make analyses, and process ad-hoc enquiries to support business development
  • Establish and maintain competent and proactive contact with stakeholders and manage interfaces to drive business outcomes
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a university degree
  • Several years of professional experience in a corporate environment in a specialist function (e.g. consultant or project manager) and/or in a relevant staff position (e.g. strategy, corporate development or similar)
  • Experience in conceiving, organizing, and managing projects to drive business growth and development
  • Good analytical skills when dealing with evaluations or reports
  • Integrity when dealing with confidential information combined with an engaging and confident appearance
  • Willingness to travel on business to the Group's international locations
  • Self-organizer, independent, and above-average ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent written and spoken business English and German
