Marketing Lead Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Lead to join our team in Wien. As a Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve sales profit and market share targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the marketing vision and strategy to achieve sales profit and market share targets.
  • Lead a small, young and dedicated marketing team reporting directly to you.
  • Analyze local market activities and trends to foster strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Execute tactical plans and monitor marketing expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Manage the marketing budget, oversee promotional activities for both existing and new B2C activities and spearhead any new marketing or commercial initiatives.
Requirements
  • Completed degree in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration.
  • Several years of experience in a senior marketing role in the B2C environment (experience in Social Sciences, Life Sciences, Medial Devices, Pharmaceutical, Nutrition or similar industries preferred).
  • Experience in an international setting in a group environment.
  • Proven leadership experience (project based and/or disciplinary).
  • Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in traditional and digital marketing methods.
  • Experience as a sparring partner and support function for other departments, e.g. Human Resources.
  • Fluency in English and German is required. Any additional language, especially an Eastern European language is preferred.
  • Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, strong leadership and communication skills.

Salary package: EUR 90.000,- gross p.a. depending on experience and qualifications
