Job Description

This role involves driving public affairs strategies, engaging key decision-makers, and influencing regulatory environments to drive business growth. You will oversee markets in Austria, Czech Republic, and Hungary, collaborating closely with diverse teams and stakeholders to make a real impact.

  • Develop and implement public affairs strategies, drafting position papers, and participating in working groups.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand and communicate high-level market dynamics and political developments.
  • Identify risks early and collaborate with internal teams to address issues before they escalate.
  • Work closely with external agencies to ensure effective legislation monitoring and successful policy initiatives.
  • Seek collaboration opportunities and foster strategic partnerships that advance our business and policy objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Politics, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in public policy, government affairs, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with digital platforms, e-commerce, or agency environments is highly valued.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent prioritization, structured thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Self-driven, independent, and able to take initiative.
  • Energetic and driven to make an impact in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
  • Proficiency in English (other languages are a plus, depending on location).
