About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for independently selecting customer groups, extracting addresses from our database, and integrating them into our CRM system, Hubspot. You will also manage your own customer pipeline in Hubspot and document all customer interactions in detail and in real time.
You will proactively contact customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualify potential customers using a conversation guide over the phone, and accompany us to events and trade fairs. Over time, you will develop your own scripts and sales methods.
Our team is looking for someone with strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to persist despite rejection and obstacles. Ideally, you have a natural talent for—and even enjoy—communication, ask good questions, and confidently represent Podero externally.
