Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic People Business Partner to join our R&D team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our Business Partner team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for R&D business stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business decisions.
  • Develop and implement organizational and people-related strategies to resolve business challenges and improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to identify and attract top talent, and collaborate with Talent Management to design and implement effective workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
  • Proactively identify training and development needs for individuals and teams, and execute training and education programs to support career development.
  • Lead high-impact projects with measurable outcomes and impact, and drive HR events such as annual reviews, compensation, and policy implementations.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of total HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years of prior HR Business Partner experience.
  • Strong understanding of core aspects of Human Resource Management, including staffing, employee relations, labor relations, immigration, performance management, leadership development, and training.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items, with a proven ability to influence decision-making and make tough decisions.
  • Consultative style and approach, with a proven ability to develop credible relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with a high degree of professionalism and diplomacy in interactions with employees.
