Transaction Reporting Compliance Expert

We are a leading provider of innovative SaaS solutions for regulatory compliance, helping businesses navigate complex transaction reporting requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Business Analyst Service Desk team as a key member, contributing to our mission of delivering top-tier transaction reporting compliance solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our regulatory reporting platform.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Development Team and Product Team, to drive business outcomes.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on regulatory transaction reporting regulations, providing guidance to internal teams and clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and implement changes to ensure compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and partners to deliver solutions and manage expectations.
  • Perform QA testing to ensure the functionality and output of our SaaS product meet high standards.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration into our platform.
About You:
  • Professional Experience: Several years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in banking or FinTech roles with expertise in derivatives or securities.
  • Regulatory Interest: A genuine passion for regulatory reporting and a desire to grow in this field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office.
    • Familiarity with XML and CSV is beneficial but not required.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with one or more regulations related to transaction reporting, such as EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, Dodd Frank, or REMIT.

The estimated salary for this position is EUR 59,010 per annum, according to the valid IT collective agreement, with potential overpayment based on qualifications and experience.
