In this exciting role, you will be responsible for supporting regional and local teams in the effective use of our advanced Business Intelligence tools. You will act as a central point of contact between colleagues, sales teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

  • You will analyze business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • You will create transparency and drive decision-making through data analysis and insights.
  • You will develop and implement strategies to enhance business outcomes in our 12 CSEU markets.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and generate innovative ideas.
  • You will prepare management presentations and reports to support business decisions.
  • You will derive recommendations and strategies based on KPI analysis.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and data management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A strong interest in the automotive industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
