Job Title: Organisational Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Development Specialist to join our team at FOUR PAWS. As an Organisational Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the implementation of a new organisational structure and collaboration model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting and driving the implementation of a new organisational structure and collaboration model, including supporting teams during implementation, facilitating and training project-based working including agile tools and methods.
  • Fostering collaboration between teams, leaders, HR, and management.
  • Acting as a key resource for change management, providing updates, guidance to leaders and project managers, and ensuring capacity building in change management.
  • Managing internal change/transformation projects, conducting assessments, designing and implementing project plans, and monitoring progress, making adjustments to ensure success.
  • Facilitating workshops.
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in change management and in the context of large international organisations.
  • Strong educational background in organisational development, change management or organisational consulting is highly preferable.
  • High intercultural competence.
  • Facilitation and strong communication skills.
  • Solid foundations and curiosity about current approaches in organisational development.
  • Implementation-orientated mindset.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission.

  • The yearly gross salary range for this position is EUR 53,000 - EUR 58,000 (full-time base (40 hours per week), consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme.
