Drive Organisational Change and Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Development Specialist to join our team in Vienna, Austria. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in driving change and growth across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of a new organisational structure and collaboration model, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Act as a key resource for change management, providing guidance and support to leaders and project managers to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
  • Manage internal change/transformation projects, conducting assessments, designing and implementing project plans, and monitoring progress to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build capacity and ensure effective collaboration across teams.
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in change management and organisational development, preferably in a large international organisation.
  • Strong educational background in organisational development, change management, or organisational consulting.
  • High intercultural competence and excellent English communication skills.
  • Facilitation and strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid foundations and curiosity about current approaches in organisational development, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

  • The yearly gross salary range for this position is EUR 53,000 - EUR 58,000 (full-time base, 40 hours per week), consisting of 14 payments, according to our internal compensation scheme.
