Organisational Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Development Specialist to join our team at FOUR PAWS. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation of a new organisational structure and collaboration model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and Drive Implementation: Collaborate with teams to implement a new organisational structure and collaboration model, facilitating and training project-based working, including agile tools and methods.
  • Foster Collaboration: Encourage collaboration between teams, leaders, HR, and management, promoting a culture of open communication and cooperation.
  • Act as a Key Resource: Provide guidance and support to leaders and project managers, ensuring capacity building in change management and facilitating workshops.
  • Manage Internal Change/Transformation Projects: Conduct assessments, design and implement project plans, and monitor progress, making adjustments to ensure success.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Several years of experience in change management and large international organisations.
  • Education: Strong educational background in organisational development, change management, or organisational consulting.
  • Skills: High intercultural competence, facilitation, and strong communication skills.
  • Passion: Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission.
