Organisational Development Specialist (m/f/d) Maternity Leave Cover / Full-time / 40 hours per week / Vienna Headquarters, Austria

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Organisational Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and driving the implementation of a new organisational structure and collaboration model. This will involve working closely with teams, leaders, HR, and management to facilitate and train project-based working, including agile tools and methods.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting teams during implementation and facilitating workshops
  • Fostering collaboration between teams, leaders, HR, and management
  • Acting as a key resource for change management, providing updates, guidance to leaders and project managers, and ensuring capacity building in change management
  • Managing internal change/transformation projects, conducting assessments, designing and implementing project plans, and monitoring progress, making adjustments to ensure success

We are looking for a candidate with several years of experience in change management and organisational development. You should have a strong educational background in organisational development, change management, or organisational consulting. You should also have high intercultural competence, facilitation and strong communication skills, solid foundations and curiosity about current approaches in organisational development, an implementation-orientated mindset, and excellent English communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of EUR 53,000 - EUR 58,000 (full-time base, 40 hours per week, 14 payments) and a range of benefits, including a Wiener Linien annual ticket, pension fund after probationary period, eLearning onboarding platform, PAWSdays, and flexible working times with the option of partial remote work.
