As a recognized authority and leading contributor within the practice, you will lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and workshops with technical and business users to define and showcase the value provided by Oracle's Cloud Stack.
- Work closely with customers to deliver solutions that fulfill or exceed their requirements, both from a technical and non-technical standpoint.
- Engage with customers to ensure service needs are met and deliverables fit Oracle's high-quality standard.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant Oracle products and services within the rapidly evolving Cloud platform.
- Promote growth through active participation in the internal community and sharing knowledge, experiences, and best practices related to delivery excellence.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions, primarily based on cloud architectures (private or public, OCI, AWS, Azure, and Google).
- Strong understanding of IaaS & PaaS cloud services design and delivery models, as well as database knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Able to learn quickly, strongly self-motivated, and possess good problem-solving, planning, and self-management skills.
- Familiarity with defining and implementing conceptual solutions, with strong mobility within Germany and Austria preferred.
- In-depth knowledge in one or more areas such as OCI, OSC, alternative vendors (Azure, AWS, or Google), cloud automation tools, network and security concepts, Exadata expertise, Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), Oracle Data Guard, RMAN, performance tuning, or migration, Enterprise Manager Cloud Control, resource management, virtualization, or operating systems (Linux). Experience with Oracle Golden Gate, DevOps, and Agile methodology is advantageous but not essential.
