Join Our Team as a Technical Support Engineer

We are a leading company in allergy diagnostics, operating successfully in over 80 countries for more than 5 years with our innovative diagnostic products and patented technologies.

Our products enable fast and accurate allergy diagnosis for humans and animals alike, allowing patients to receive personalized treatment quickly. We strive to increase quality of life, advance research, and relieve our healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and implement technical service operations
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems with MADx products
  • Provide customer support for setup and network configurations
  • Coordinate and perform training courses for customers and technical service staff
  • Assist customers with all support services, including installations and applications
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer inquiries and technical knowledge
Requirements:
  • Completed scientific and/or technical education and/or relevant work experience in business-related fields
  • Proven professional experience as a technical support engineer/field service technician for in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) devices
  • Practical experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Good understanding of computer systems and networks, basic knowledge of fluid mechanics and electronics
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and German (oral and written)
  • Ability and willingness to work on-site and travel internationally
