About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at PALFINGER AG. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing the performance of paid search and paid social media campaigns on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage and optimize paid search and paid social media campaigns across multiple channels and platforms
  • Collaborate with regional and local colleagues to ensure seamless campaign execution and maximize ROI
  • Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads and social media platform features and updates
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing (B2B or B2C) with a focus on search engine marketing and social media advertising
  • Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
